The Analysis of the CSR activities of the Pilsner Urquell Company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit současný stav uplatňování konceptu společenské odpovědnosti společností Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. a sestavit doporučení pro možné vylepšení a rozvoj společnosti v této oblasti. Úvod práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům o CSR a obecným informacím o zkoumané společnosti. V další části následují kapitoly zabývající se současným stavem CSR ve firmě. V závěru práce jsou představeny výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření mezi veřejností a jsou sestaveny závěry a doporučení pro firmu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to present the current CSR concept of the Pilsner Urquell Company and formulate possible recommendations for future improvements and development of the company in this area. The beginning of this thesis is focused on the theoretical background of corporate social responsibility and general information about the Pilsner Urquell Company. The next section is devoted to the current CSR concept of the company. The final parts of the thesis present results of the performed research among the public, conclusions and recommendations for the company.
