Abstract:
Práce pojednává o uplatňování nástrojů motivace a stimulace pracovníků v podniku. Ukazuje způsob, jak by vedoucí pracovníci měli správně motivovat své podřízené a také jak by s nimi měli správně komunikovat. V úvodu bakalářské je uvedený důvod výběru tématu. Thesis discusses the application of instruments of motivation and stimulation of employees in a company. It shows how the managers should properly motivate their subordinates and how they should communicate with them. At the beginning of the work, there is the reason for selecting the topic.
