Motor performance of junior high school boys in Most region
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo přispět k objasnění úrovně motorické výkonnosti u chlapců 2. stupně ZŠ v mosteckém regionu. Celkem bylo změřeno 121 žáků ve věku 13 - 15 let ze 3 základních škol. U skoku dalekého z místa a lehu sedu opakovaně dosahuje lepších výkonů než je průměr necelých 25% probandů a u vytrvalostního člunkového běhu necelých 20 % probandů. Abstract:
The purpose of the work was to contribute to the clarification of the level of motoric efficiency of high school junior boys in Most region. We measured 121 pupils in total aged 13 to 15 years from three primary schools. Nearly 25% probands gained better performance than average in the standing broad jump and repetitive sit-ups (60 seconds) and nearly 20% probands in the endurance shuttle run. Also …more
