Entrepreneurial plan for the small company
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je připravit návod pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu malého podniku, který by podnikateli umožnil co nejvíce konkretizovat a hodnotit jeho podnikatelské záměry. Dalším cílem je zpracovat podnikatelský plán rozšíření existujícího autoservisu, který by se měl stát základem pro zhodnocení celého projektu a posouzení jeho ekonomické výhodnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to prepare the instructions for creating a business plan for a small company, which would allow a enterpreneur to specify and evaluate his business intentions. Another objective is to prepare a business plan of the extention of an existing car repair service which should become the basis for the assessment of the whole project and evaluation of its economic advantage.
