Práce se zabývá analýzou práva na sdělování děl veřejnosti a jeho aplikací v případě užití děl při poskytování lázeňské péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních. První část práce vymezuje právo na sdělování děl veřejnosti na úrovni mezinárodní, unijní a vnitrostátní.
