Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vývojem systémů pro kontaktní centra v několika posledních letech, který úzce souvisí především s rozvojem v oborech síťových a komunikačních technologií. V práci jsou dále vysvětleny možnosti samoobslužných řešení. Tato řešení přinášejí významné úspory v nákladech na provoz kontaktních center.
