Abstract:
V předkládané práci je popsán mechanizmus poklesu odrazivosti p-složky polarizovaného světla na rozhraní dielektrikum - kov, které se říká povrchový plazmon. Tento mechanizmus může být využit ke konstrukci biodetektoru pro měření malých změn indexu lomu vnějšího prostředí. Studovali jsme uspořádání s proměnným úhlem dopadu a konstantní vlnovou délkou. This thesis describes the mechanism of the reflectance decrease of the p-component of polarized light upon the dielectric - metal interface, which is called the surface plasmon. This mechanism can be used in the construction of the biodetector for the measuring of small changes in the refractive index of the external environment.
