Polish-Czech billingual vocabulary of the civil law terminology. Theoretical aspects of special vocabulary elaboration with a practical part
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with theoretical and practical aspects of a special billingual legal vocabulary elaboration. Considerable part of thesis focuses on a question of interlingual equivalency of the legal terms. Practical part is based on Polish-Czech vocabulary of a civil law terminology.
Abstract:
Téma bakalářské diplomové práce je věnováno otázce tvorby terminologického překladového slovníku. Práce se zabývá teoretickými aspekty uspořádání lexikografického díla se zohledněním specifik sémantické ekvivalence lexémů - termínů právního jazyka. Praktická část elaborátu obsahuje polsko-český slovník termínů jádra soukromého práva, kterým je odvětví práva občanského hmotného.
