Social worker intervention in the framework of domestic violence again women

Abstract:

Násilí páchané na ženách je negativní jev, jehož rozsah, příčiny a důsledky poukazují na závažný společenský problém. Hlavní příčinu představuje historicky a společensky podmíněná nerovnováha mezi muži a ženami. Záměrem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit možnosti intervence sociálního pracovníka do této problematiky. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění možností intervence sociálních pracovníků a uplatnění sociální práce v rámci domácího násilí páchaného na ženách, stejně jako i zvýšení citlivosti na toto téma a poukázání na nulovou toleranci násilí. Týrání žen jako závažný problém společnosti si vyžaduje koordinovanou intervenci zodpovědných orgánů, úpravu legislativního prostředí, monitorování dodržování přijatých opatření a neustálé přijímání nových programů na eliminaci a prevenci násilí páchaného na ženách. Z pohledu sociální práce je nutný inter-profesní a multidisciplinární přístup a použití efektivních metod sociální práce na eliminaci tohoto negativního jevu ve společnosti.

Abstract:

Violence against women is a negative phenomenon, the scope, causes and consequences of which point to a serious social problem. The main cause is the historically and socially conditioned imbalance between men and women. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out the possibilities of social worker intervention in this issue. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the possibilities of social worker intervention and the application of social work in the context of domestic violence against women, as well as increasing sensitivity to this topic and pointing out the zero tolerance of violence. The abuse of women as a serious problem of society requires the coordinated intervention of the responsible authorities, adjustment of the legislative environment, monitoring of compliance with the measures taken and constant adoption of new programs for the elimination and prevention of violence against women. From the point of view of social work, an inter-professional and multidisciplinary approach and the use of effective social work methods are necessary to eliminate this negative phenomenon in society.
