Witnesses Protection as well as other persons Protection in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ochranou svědků a dalších osob v trestním řízení . Věnuje se jak ochraně svědka obsažené v zákoně o zvláštní ochraně svědka , tak současností i historií právní úpravy ochrany svědka obsažené v trestní řádu. Práce se dále zabývá úvahami de lege ferenda a komparací s úpravou v jiných státech.
Abstract:
This thesis deal with protection of witnesses and some another persons in Czech criminal law. It investigate both acts in which ones this protection is incorporated- Code of Criminal Procedure and Act of the Special Protection of Witnesses and other persons. This thesis alco include some information abou protection of witnesses abroad and suggestions de lege ferenda
