Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vhodným výběrem materiálů pro návrh longboardu jako sendvičového prvku. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o kompozitních materiálech, typech vláken (geometrii), jejich modifikace, chování na rozhraní vlákno-matrice, typech sendvičových jader, selhání sendvičových prvků a také o zpracovatelské technologii. Je zde také vysvětlen obecný princip výběru materiálu a historie longboardu. Předmětem praktické část bakalářské práce je výběr vhodného materiálu pro sendvičový prvek s využitím softwaru CES EduPack (Granta, Univerzita Cambridge, UK). Cílem práce je optimalizovat návrh sendvičového prvku s ohledem na ohybovou tuhost, průhyb a cenu longboardu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the suitable selection of materials for the design of a longboard as a sandwich element. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about composite materials, types of fibres (geometry), their modifications, behaviour at the fiber-matrix interface, types of sandwich cores, failures of sandwich elements and also about processing technology. The subject of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is the selection of a suitable material for a sandwich element using CES EduPack software (Grant, University of Cambridge, UK). The aim of the work is to optimize the design of a sandwich element with regard to bending stiffness, deflection and the price of a longboard.
