Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Vídeňskou úmluvu o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat Úmluvu a její nejdůležitější ustanovení týkající se kontraktačního procesu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the Convention and its most important provisions regarding the contracting process.
