Scope of Application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá dosahem aplikace Listiny základních práv EU v Unii a členských státech. Dosah aplikace Listiny je analyzován z hlediska pravomocí Unie a na základě judikatury Soudního dvora EU. Práce taktéž rozebírá povahu Protokolu č. 30 k Lisabonské smlouvě o uplatňování Listiny v Polsku a Spojeném království, přičemž je analyzována specifická situace České republiky v tomto ohledu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the scope of application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights within the Union and the Member States. Scope of the Charter is analysed on the system of Union powers and cases of the Court of Justice of the EU.
