Textbooks for the first year of vocational training field baker
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tvorbou učebních textů, pro první ročník odborného výcviku obor vzdělání Pekař. Při psaní didaktických textů vycházím z tematických plánů a dosažených výsledků vzdělávání. Samotným výukovým textům předchází charakteristika školního vzdělávacího programu, funkce, struktura učebnic a učebních textů.
Abstract:
In my Bachelor´s Thesis I create textbooks for first year of training - branch baker. When writing didactic texts I start from the thematic plans and achieved learning outcomes. Actual instructional preceded by a characteristic school education program, function, structure of textbooks and teaching materials.
