Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výběru nejvhodnějšího dopravce pro dovoz náhradních dílů určených pro servis diagnostických zdravotnických přístrojů. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány obecné aspekty, které by při výběru dopravce měly být vždy brány v úvahu. V praktické části je analyzován současný systém dovozu náhradních dílů pro firmu GE Medical Systems Česká republika, s.r.o. a následně je vyhodnocen nejlepší dopravce.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the selection of the best carrier for import of spare parts used for service of medical diagnostics devices. In the theoretical part of the work, general aspects considered when choosing the right carrier are discussed. In the practical part of the work, the current process of spare parts import for the company GE Medical Systems Česká republika, s.r.o. is analyzed and the best carrier is chosen.
