The aim of this diploma thesis was to investigate the effect of a three-month supervised cardiac rehabilitation program on peak workload, peak oxygen uptake and muscle power in twenty men aged 55.4 (SD = 11.53) with an ejection fraction of 53.3% (SD = 7 , 85%). Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo skúmanie vplyvu trojmesačného riadeného kardiorehabilitačného programu na vrcholový výkon, vrcholový príjem kyslíku a svalovú silu u dvadsiatich mužov vo veku v priemeru 55,4 (SD = 11,53) s ejekčnou frakciou 53,3 % (SD = 7,85 %).
