Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu užití individuální reminiscence v domovech pro seniory z pohledu klíčových pracovníků. This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of individual reminiscences in retirement homes from the perspective of key workers. The theoretical part outlines the use of the reminiscence method to activate senior citizens, as well as the role played by the key worker during reminiscences in retirement homes.
