Abstract:

Elektrická energie je vsoučasné době vzhledem kpoužívaným technologiím a jejich neustálému vývoji nepostradatelnou komoditou pro všechny oblasti života. Vzhledem k tomu, že elektřina ovlivňuje jak průmyslovou výrobu, obchod, dopravu, oblast komunikace, tak i fungování domácností je důležitá její udržitelná cena, která zajistí stabilitu na trhu. Cena elektřiny však podléhá určitým výkyvům. Výzkumem vlivu určitých událostí, které se odehrály v daném časovém období bylo ukázáno, jaký vliv mají pozitivní, nebo negativní jevy na pohyb cen energií. Provedením obsahové analýzy bylo zjištěno, že na cenu elektrické energie působí celá řada subjektů. Jednotlivé preference ovlivnitelů byly zjištěny pomocí kauzální analýzy, která odhalila, že výrobci, dodavatelé a distributoři preferují takovou cenu, která jim zajistí stálý odběr a příjem. Naopak koncový spotřebitelé mají zájem na ceně elektřiny co nejnižší. Rolí státu je najít přijatelný kompromis mezi zájmy obou výše uvedených skupin. Kauzální analýza také ukázala, že ceny elektřiny jsou ovlivňovány nejen událostmi s globálním nebo místním dopadem, ale také klimatickými podmínkami, a to zejména vývojem teplot. Hlavním účelem práce je zjištění, zda se na základě vývoje ceny v daném časovém období dá predikovat vývoj ceny elektrické energie do budoucna.

Abstract:

Due to the technologies used and their continuous development, electricity is currently an indispensable commodity for all areas of life. Given that electricity affects both industrial production, trade, transport, communications and the functioning of households, its sustainable price is important to ensure stability in the market. However, the price of electricity is subject to certain fluctuations. Research into the influence of certain events that took place in a given period of time has shown the influence of positive or negative phenomena on energy price movements. By conducting a content analysis, it was found that a number of entities influence the price of electricity. Individual preferences of influencers were determined using causal analysis, which revealed that manufacturers, suppliers and distributors prefer a price that ensures a steady supply and income. On the contrary, end consumers have an interest in the price of electricity as low as possible. The role of the state is to find an acceptable compromise between the interests of the two groups mentioned above. Causal analysis has also shown that electricity prices are influenced not only by events with a global or local impact, but also by climatic conditions, especially temperature developments. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out whether the development of electricity prices in the given time period can be predicted in the future.
