Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení predikční výkonnosti různých modifikací zvoleného DSGE modelu s trhem nemovitostí. Teoretická část shrnuje literární rešerši, která se věnuje tématům dynamických stochastických modelů všeobecné rovnováhy a predikce. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the predictive performance of various modifications of the selected DSGE model including the real estate market. The theoretical part summarizes the literature research devoted to the topics of dynamic stochastic models of general equilibrium and prediction.
