Zámerom predkladanej diplomovej práce je skúmať ponuky vín v gastronómii obecne, zistiť informácie o tuzemskej situácii, zmapovať zatiaľ nepopísané pravidlá zostavenia ponuky a podať návrhy, ktoré dokážu byť náučné pre odborníkov.
