Social perception in job of executive manager

Abstract:

Gazdikova Petra: Management or in other words management in todays world is one of the most important activities. People found that by sequentially joining and assembling their forces can more easily and effectively achieve the goals set out. It is in these moments come to the fore behaviour of workers to a job well done. In the present work is a very important place in the ranking of human values. All these factors have a motivational force and become a reason to work. An imortant aspect influencing the work carried out by the social perception – perception. This means that it is important to the conduct of the pricipal to other employees, the perception of other employees, how it is with them, cooperate, solve problems, etc. The quality of this relationship reflects how a person evaluates their work, which place the work in question plays in his life and his thinking. Through literature we are familiar with the problems of social perception and than give a comprehensive overwiew of the current situation and the importance of perception in work of executive manager.

Abstract:

Gazdíková Petra: Riadenie alebo inak povedané manažment v súčasnom svete predstavuje jednu z najvýznamnejších činností. Práve v týchto momentoch sa do popredia dostávajú riadiaci pracovníci – manažéri, ktorí ovplyvňujú správanie pracovníkov za účelom dobre vykonanej práce. V súčasnosti má práca veľmi dôležité miesto v rebríčku hodnôt človeka. Dôležitým aspektom vplývajúcim na vykonávanú prácu je sociálna percepcia – vnímanie. To znamená, že je dôležité i správanie vedúceho pracovníka k ostatným zamestnancom, ako vníma ostatných zamestnancov, akým spôsobom s nimi jedná, spolupracuje, rieši vzniknuté problémy a pod. Kvalita tohto vzťahu odzrkadľuje, ako človek hodnotí svoju prácu, aké miesto daná práca zohráva v jeho živote a v jeho myslení. Prostredníctvom odbornej literatúry sa snažíme oboznámiť s problematikou sociálnej percepcie, a následne uviesť komplexný pohľad na súčasnú situáciu a dôležitosť sociálneho vnímania v práci riadiaceho pracovníka.
