Šrotovné jako státní podpora omezovaná právem Evropské unie

Scrappage program as State Aid Limited with Law of the European Union
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní regulaci tzv. šrotovných (šrotovacích prémií) právem Evropské unie vzhledem k právní regulaci poskytování státních podpor. Uvádí důvody a historii těchto dávek a také přehled šrotovacích prémií v členských státech Evropské unie a dalších. V případě šrotovných také hodnotí současný právní postoj orgánů EU k této problematice.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on legal regulation of so-called scrappage schemes (scrappage programmes), which is realised by the Law of the European Union. The thesis states reasons and history of these arrangements and also describes scrappage schemes in chosen member states of the European Union and others. It also analyzes current legal argumentation of competent authorities.
