Abstract:
Asymetrická meióza je unikátním jevem pozorovaným u pentaploidních růží šípkových (Rosa sekce Caninae). Během tohoto procesu je jeden bazální genom (x=7), skládající se ze segregujících bivalentů, přenesen do pylu, kdežto zbývající čtyři genomy (4x=28, jeden genom pochází ze segregaci bivalentů a tři genomy z nerekombinujících univalentů) jsou přeneseny do vajíčka. Odd or asymmetric meiosis is a unique process found in pentaploid Rosa section Caninae (2n=5x=35). During this process, one basic genome (x=7) formed from segregating bivalents is transmitted to the pollen, and the remaining four genomes (4x=28, one genome is derived from the segregation of the bivalents and three sets from the non-recombining univalents) are transmitted by the egg cell.
