Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování projektu zvýšení angažovanosti a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném oddělení společnosti, opřeného o analýzu současného stavu angažovanosti a spokojenosti s odhalením slabých míst, kde zaměstnanci pociťují nedostatky nebo nespokojenost a kde je potřeba investovat prostředky a úsilí.
