Consumer Behavior and The Way of Life of Chinese Consumers in Modern Times

Abstract:

Práce se bude věnovat nejzásadnějším charakteristikám současného spotřebního chování a životních způsobů čínských spotřebitelů z hlediska ekonomického, sociologického a psychologického. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny analýzy základních pojmů – spotřební chování a způsob života. Jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky čínského trhu, faktory ovlivňující spotřební chování a hlavní diferenciační faktory způsobu života v Číně. V následující praktické části jsou uvedeny hlavní vývojové trendy životního způsobu a spotřebního chování čínských spotřebitelů a návrhy na marketing českých firem v tomto prostředí. Práce zahrnuje postupný sběr informací a zdrojů, jejich třídění, analýzy, hodnocení a následnou interpretaci výsledků. Cílem práce je navrhnout optimalizaci marketingu pro české firmy v čínských podmínkách, a získané závěry poslouží k vytvoření jasnějšího obrazu o této problematice, a přitom mohou být nápomocné těm firmám, které již na čínský trh vstoupily nebo budou mít o tento trh zájem. Co se týče metod, lze předeslat, že v rámci teoretické části této práce bude využita analýza odborné literatury a relevantních internetových zdrojů a následná syntéza těch poznatků. Bude v praktické části doplněna realizace vlastního dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The paper will deal with the most basic characteristics of the current consumption behavior and the ways of life of Chinese people in economic, sociological and psychological terms. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts – consumption behavior and way of life are presented. The main characteristics of the Chinese market, the factors influencing consumer behavior and the main differentiation factors of the way of life in China are presented. The following practical part highlights the main trends in the lifestyle and consumer behavior of Chinese people and suggestions for the marketing of Czech companies. The work involves the gradual collection of information and resources, their classification, analysis, evaluation and subsequent interpretation of the results. The aim of the thesis is to propose optimization of marketing for Czech companies under Chinese conditions. The conclusions obtained will serve to provide a clearer picture of this issue and can be of assistance to those companies that have already entered or are interested in the Chinese market. As far as the methods are concerned, it is possible to predict that analysis of professional literature and relevant internet sources and the subsequent synthesis of the findings will be used within the theoretical part of this work. Then it will be supplemented in practical part by the implementation of a questionnaire survey among Chinese citizens.
