Bakalářská práce „Právní a ekonomické aspekty globalizace“ má za cíl zhodnotit dopady fenoménu dnešní doby, globalizace, především do oblasti práva a ekonomiky. Práce se věnuje globalizaci jako pojmu, stručně provází historií globalizace, charakterizuje jednotlivé formy globalizace a definuje její pozitiva a negativa. The aim of bachelor thesis „Legal and Economic Aspects of Globalization“ is to assess the impacts of the phenomenon of today, globalization, especially in the sphere of law and economy.
