Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá odlišnými stanovisky ústavních soudců a v nich používanou argumentací. První část se zaměřuje na obecný popis tohoto institutu, zatímco ve druhé je provedena kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýza vybraného vzorku disentů. This thesis deals with the dissenting opinions of constitutional judges and the reasoning used in them. The first part focuses on a general description of the institution, while the second part provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis of a selected sample of dissents.
