The University as the Subject of Private Legal Relationships
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá soukromoprávním postavením veřejných vysokých škol s důrazem na jejich vystupování v občanskoprávních a obchodněprávních vztazích. Zabývá se také vymezením a zvláštnostmi postavení právnických osob veřejného práva a autonomií veřejných vysokých škol.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the position of the universities as the subjects of private legal relationships with emphasis on the civil and commercial law. It also deals with the specific position of the legal entities of public law and the autonomy of the universities.
