Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit fungování RBP, zdravotní pojišťovny v systému zdravotní péče České republiky. V první kapitole jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska zdravotní politiky v České republice a Evropské unii. Ve druhé kapitole je představen pomocí SWOT analýzy profil RBP, zdravotní politiky jako instituce státní správy z pohledu zdravotní politiky. Ve třetí kapitole je vyhodnocen a interpretován výzkum ekonomických aspektů s vybranými občany jako pojištěnci. V závěru jsou zformulovány doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomického fungování RBp, zdravotní pojišťovny se zřetelem k veřejnému zdraví.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the functioning of RBP, a health insurance company in the health care system of the Czech Republic. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical basis of health policy in the Czech Republic and the European Union. In the second chapter, the profile of RBP, a health insurance company as a state administration institution from the point of view of health policy, is presented using a SWOT analysis. The third chapter evaluates and interprets the research of economic aspects with selected citizens as insured. In the end, recommendations are formulated for improving the economic functioning of RBP, a health insurance company with regard to public health.
