Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zjišťování potřeb uživatelů a potencionálních uživatelů sociálních služeb. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy jako zdravotní znevýhodnění, zdravotní postižení, zjišťování potřeb a sociální služby. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of identifying the needs of users and potential users of social services. The theoretical part clarifies basic concepts such as health disadvantage, health impairment, needs assessment, and social services.
