Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala studiem souboru kmenů Staphylococcus hominis subsp. novobiosepticus izolovaných v letech 1997 až 2001 v různých nemocnicích v České republice. Cílem práce bylo provést molekulární typizaci kmenů s použitím vybraných molekulárních metod; amplifikací specifických sekvencí stanovit typ stafylokokové chromozomální kazety mec (SCCmec), metodou PCR určit alotyp ccr …more
Abstract:
The purpose of this work was the molecular characterization of 15 Staphylococcus hominis subsp. novobiosepticus strains selected from a set of SHN strains isolated in various hospitals in Czech Republic during the period 1997-2001.
