Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je analýza a doporučení řešení interní komunikace a firemní kultury Nemocnice Kyjov. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy interní komunikace a firemní kultury. Je zde vysvětlen rozdíl mezi špatnou a správnou interní komunikací. The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze and recommend solutions to internal communication and corporate culture for Kyjov Hospital.
