Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem systému odměňování a benefitů ve vybrané společnosti Čepro, a.s. s akcentem ke vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Tato společnost se svou aktivitou držením a distribucí fosilních paliv v České republice zastupuje klíčovou a strategickou roli. Zásadním faktorem, který vede společnost k úspěchu, je motivace zaměstnanců, která je podporována prostřednictvím jejich vzdělávání. Tato práce je tedy zaměřena na oblasti vzdělávání zaměstnanců a jejich typů vzdělávání ve společnosti. Klíčová jsou odborná školení a kurzy vedené odborníky na pracovištích ve společnosti i vzdělávání zaměstnanců v jejich volném čase. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém odměňování a benefitů jen z ohledu k motivovanosti zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání a rozvoji svých dovedností a zaměřit se na postoj zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání a vnímání vzdělávání prostřednictvím benefitů poskytovaných společností. Cílený kvantitativní výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření zajistí získaná data od zaměstnanců. Závěr této bakalářské práce tvoří návrhy oblastí ke zlepšení ve vztahu ke vzdělávání v systému odměňování a benefitů ve vybrané společnosti Čepro, a.s.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the remuneration and benefits system in the selected Čepro, a.s. with an emphasis on employee education. Čepro, a.s. represents a key and strategic role in the market with the possession and distribution of fossil fuels throughout the Czech Republic. An essential factor that leads the company to success is the motivation of employees, which is supported through their education. The work is therefore focused on the areas of employee education and their types in the company. Professional training and courses led by experts in the company and education of employees in their free time are key. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current system of remuneration and benefits also with regard to the motivation of employees for education and the development of their skills, and to focus on the attitude of employees towards education and the perception of education through the benefits provided by the company. Targeted quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey will ensure data obtained from employees. At the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, areas for improvement in relation to education in the remuneration and benefits system in the selected company Čepro, a.s. will be proposed.
