Abstract:

Abstrakt Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji problematice strategie růstu společností. Toto téma je v dnešní době jedno z nejdůležitějších, které hýbají dnešním světem průmyslu, služeb a financí. Jelikož jsem se ve své bakalářské práci věnovala společnosti Zentiva, rozhodla jsem se v jejím sledování pokračovat. Skupina Zentiva je významnou společností na trhu, která prošla několika důležitými změnami. Přesně ukazuje dynamiku v řízení a rozhodování, která zajistí dlouhodobý profitabilní růst a zachování společnosti. V současné době se Zentiva stala v rámci akvizice článkem globální společnosti Sanofi-Aventis. Kontinuální růst je pro ambiciózní společnosti klíčovým faktorem. Ať už hodlá vstoupit na nové trhy, změnit výrobní program či hledá nové příležitosti podnikání, chce touto cestou zvýšit svůj potenciál. Pravidla globálního konkurenčního prostředí se změnila – a malé i velké společnosti si to musí uvědomit. Dokonce i ty nejmenší společnosti mohou v dnešní době porazit giganty na specifickém trhu, budou-li dostatečně rychlé a hbité. Společnosti ve všech odvětvích průmyslu se ale také více než dříve začínají zabývat akviziční silou.

Abstract:

Abstract I have devoted my graduation theses to business growth strategies. This topic is one of the most important ones within today´s moving industry, services and finance world. Since I have used for my previous thesis company Zentiva as the case study, I have decided to stay focused on this company. Zentiva holding is very important company on the pharmaceutical market in CEE and have undergone several significant moves within last years. It is an excellent example of managerial skills in decision making which assures a long-term profitable growth. Nowadays is Zentiva already part of the global player Sanofi-Aventis. Ongoing growth is for ambitious company the key success factor. Whether it plans to enter the new markets, to change the technology or to seek new opportunities, the company wants through this to increase its potential. The rules within the global competitive environment has changed – both small and big companies have to take it into account. Even small players can be more successful on the specific market than global players if they are fast and focused. On the other hand, more than before, the companies are focused on building the acquisition power.
