China and Asia in the 21st century – challenge or threat to the world economy and politics

Abstract:

Daná bakalářská práce je věnována postavení Číny v 21. století, zkoumaného z pohledu toho, jestli se jedná o hrozbu nebo naopak příležitost ve světové ekonomice a politice. Cílem dané bakalářské práce je vytvořit konkrétní doporučení pro zvolenou českou firmu při jejím možném působení na čínském trhu. Celkově lze říci, že vstup na čínský trh představuje pro evropské firmy atraktivní příležitost k expanzi, růstu a diverzifikaci. Důvodem je především to, že Čína je jednou z největších ekonomik světa s obrovským trhem a rychle rostoucí ekonomikou. Pro účely této práce je pozornost zaměřena na vstup jedné vybrané firmy, a tou je společnost Rellox s.r.o. Pro vstup na místní trh je firmě doporučeno využít kombinaci tří přístupů: partnerství s místními firmami působícími v oblasti prodeje zahraničních nemovitostí, spolupráce s firmami specializujícími se na správu soukromého majetku a účast na veletrzích a akcích.

Abstract:

The given bachelor thesis is dedicated to the position of China in the 21st century, examined from the perspective of whether it represents a threat or, conversely, an opportunity in the world economy and politics. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide specific recommendations for a chosen Czech company regarding its potential operations in the Chinese market. Overall, entering the Chinese market presents an attractive opportunity for European companies to expand, grow, and diversify. This is primarily due to China being one of the world's largest economies with a massive market and rapidly growing economy. For the purposes of this thesis, attention is focused on the entry of one selected company, which is Rellox s.r.o. For entry into the local market, the company is recommended to utilize a combination of three approaches: partnership with local firms operating in the sale of foreign real estate, collaboration with firms specializing in private asset management, and participation in trade fairs and events.
