Analysis of Nonconformity Management in the Company SSI-Schäfer, ltd.

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu procesu řízení neshodného produktu ve výrobní společnosti, odhalit případné nedostatky a navrhnout opatření pro jejich odstranění. Teoretická část práce se zabývá podnikovými procesy, historickým vývojem managementu kvality, normami s kvalitou souvisejícími, v práci jsou dále uvedeny základní nástroje kvality. V praktické části je představena stručná historie společnosti, její produktové portfolio a strojový park. V analytické části jsou podrobně rozebrány procesy řízení neshodného produktu a představen systém kontrol ve společnosti. V závěru praktické části jsou se sumarizované nedostatky současného stavu a navržena opatření k jejich odstranění.

Abstract:

The aim of the work was to analyze the process of non-conforming product management in a manufacturing company, to reveal possible deficiencies and to propose measures for their elimination. The theoretical part of the work deals with business processes, the historical development of quality management, standards related to quality, the basic quality tools are also presented in the work. In the practical part, a brief history of the company, its product portfolio and machine park is presented. In the analytical part, the non-conforming product management processes are discussed in detail and the control system in the company is presented. At the end of the practical part, the shortcomings of the current state are summarized and measures to eliminate them are proposed.
