Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci vyvinuté metody pro separaci různých specií selenu pomocí kapilární elektroforézy s UV detekcí. Pro optimalizaci původní metody bylo využito simulačního programu PeakMaster. Pomocí programu byl vliv změn jednotlivých podmínek sledován a poté experimentálně ověřen. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of a method developed to separate different selenium species by capillary electrophoresis with UV detection. The PeakMaster program was used to optimize the original method. Using the program, the effect of changes of individual conditions was investigated and then experimentally verified.
