Cash and Non-cash Payments in Czech Post (state company)
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou hotovostní a bezhotovostní platby ve státním podniku Česká pošta. Jsou zde přiblíženy historické začátky poštovnictví přes vývoj České pošty až po současnost České pošty, s. p. a charakteristika jednotlivých produktů. Pro bližší představu jsou zde uvedeny některé pracovní postupy při odbavení zákazníka.
Abstract:
The theme of this Bachelor thesis is cash and noncash payment system in the state public enterprise the Czech Post. The thesis describes historical beginnings of postal services, through the development of the Czech Post up to present. In the thesis there are characterized particular products and for better general idea the thesis includes some working processes used when attending customers.
