Abstract:

Předmětná bakalářská práce je na téma "Příčiny kriminality, oběti v souvislosti s městskou hromadnou dopravou Ostrava". Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prezentovat ovlivňující faktory tohoto specifického druhu kriminality v inkriminovaných lokalitách města Ostravy a také prozkoumat, zjistit současný skutkový stav s návrhem na preventivní opatření. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kompilační a empirické. Kompilační část tvoří několik teoretických kapitol, které popisují a charakterizují dílčí kriminalitu v inkriminované oblasti, oběti a pachatelé. Dále je zde nastíněno město Ostrava a vymezeny další nepostradatelné pojmy jako je viktimnost, sociální patologie, deviace, trestný čin, oběť či krádež na osobě. Druhá část, empirická, je průzkumná k dané problematice. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit současný skutkový stav trestné činnosti, která je spojena s městskou hromadnou dopravou v Ostravě. Rovněž byly zjišťovány i další aspekty, které jsou úzce spojeny s výše uvedenou problematikou se zjištěním nejzatíženějších lokalit v Ostravě. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuta podstatná fakta dle provedené analýzy získaných dat, které byly získány a zpracovány v souvislosti s provedeným průzkumem a také zde navržena možná doplňková preventivní opatření ke snížení tohoto druhu kriminality.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "The Causes of Criminality, the Victims in Connection with Urban Public Transport Ostrava". The aim of the bachelor thesis was to present the influencing factors of this specific means of criminality in the incriminated localities in Ostrava and to examine and realise the current factual state with the proposal of preventive measures. The work is divided into two parts, the compilation and empirical ones. The compilation part comprises several theoretical chapters which describe and characterise the partial criminality in the incriminated branch, victims and offenders. The city Ostrava is outlined and other necessary terms as victimity, social pathology, deviation, crime, victim or personal theft are defined there. The second part is empirical and examines the problems. The aim of the research was to realise the current factual state of criminal acts which is connected with the urban public transport in Ostrava. Other aspects which are connected with the kind of property crimes and the most exposed localities in Ostrava were ascertained as well. The end of the bachelor thesis summarizes the substantial facts according to the analyse of gained data which were gained and processed in connection with the realised research and possible additional preventive measures which lead to the decreasing of this kind of crime were suggested.
