Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou tvorby a správy portfólia vzťahujúcou sa výlučne na dlhopisy. V teoretickej časti sú definované matematicky-štatistické charakteristiky portfólia dlhopisov, načrtnuté metodologické východiská teórie tvorby portfólia dlhopisov ako aj stratégií ich aktívnej a pasívnej správy.
