Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání a vysvětlení rozdílů mezi instituty manželství a registrovaného partnerství a zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, zda je úprava registrovaného partnerství souladná s rovností všech.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare and explain the differences between the institutions of marriage and registered partnership and to address the research question of whether the regulation of registered partnership is consistent with equality for all.
