Cílem bakalářské práce na téma: „Změny ve výkaznictví obchodních společností v souladu se zákonem o obchodních korporacích“ je analyzovat a popsat změny, které vzniknou od 1. 1. 2014 v souladu s účinností zákona č. 90/2012 Sb. o obchodních. The goal of the submitted thesis: “The changes in financial corporate reporting related to the Business Corporate Act” is to analyze changes that will appear on 1st January 2014 related to the Business Corporate Act.
