Abstract:

Foltýnová, A. Trasformační leadership v obchodní společnosti. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou návrhy postupů transformačního leadershipu v konkrétní obchodní společnosti. Transformační leadership je považován za efektivnější než standardní manažerské postupy, ale také je aktuálním trendem v dosavadních přístupech k vedení lidí. V teoretické části jsou uvedené dosavadní přístupy k vedení lidí, transformační leadership a přehled jeho kritik, které jsou dále využity v praktické části této práce. V empirické části se pak zaměřuji na popis dané společnosti a samotný kvantitativní výzkum pomocí CLQ dotazníku (Czech Leadership Questionaire) a kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuté výsledky výzkumu a interpretovány návrhy pro leadery v oblasti vedení pracovníků.

Foltýnová A. Transformational leadership in business company. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The subject of this diploma thesis are proposals for the procedures of transformational leadership in a particular business company. Transformational leadership is considered more effective than standard management practices, but it is also a current trend in people management approaches. The theoretical part presents the current approaches to people management, transformational leadership and an overview of its critics, which are further used in the practical part of this work. In the empirical part, I focus on the description of the company and the quantitative research itself using the Czech Leadership Questionnaire and qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews. At the end of the thesis, the research results are summarized and suggestions for leaders in the field of employee management are interpreted.
