Abstract:
The primary aim of my work is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the inheritance by will and disinheritance while taking into account my legal education. This work is mainly focused on testament and disinheritance issue. The work consists of three parts which are subdivided. Touto mojou prácou chcem s ohľadom na svoje právne vzdelanie veľmi praktickým spôsobom z môjho pohľadu študenta rozobrať dedenie zo závetu a vydedenie. Cieľom práce je priniesť ucelený pohľad na problematiku dedenia s dôrazom na inštitút závetu a inštitút vydedenia ako možné prejavy poručiteľovej vôle.
