Abstract:
Snowboarding, jakožto rekreační sport, láká v současné době stále více příznivců hor a sportů v zimní přírodě. Tato práce by měla především jim přiblížit správnou metodiku jízdy, případně osvětlit jezdcům základní principy bezpečné a efektivní výuky jízdy na snowboardu, které pak uplatní v praxi. Snowboarding as a recreational sport currently attracts more and more fans of mountain and sports in winter nature. This piece of work should primarily familiarize this group of people with the correct riding methodology and possibly help experienced riders to understand the basic principles of safe and effective ride, which can be later applied in practice.
