Exploitation of Grants within the Development of the Town of Kadaň

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je stručné vysvětlení metodiky přípravy a realizace projektu, využívání grantů, představit město Kadaň a interpretovat zjištěné výsledky. Při zpracování práce se nejdříve pokusím tuto problematiku zpracovat teoreticky a následně tyto teoretické znalosti uplatnit v praktické části na městu Kadaň. Dále k mé práci využiji dotazník, který zpracuji a následně rozešlu obcím v okolí města Kadaně. Téma jsem si vybrala, protože město, ve kterém žiji, se těmito granty dosti zabývá a také hlavně pro jeho zajímavost a aktuálnost. První kapitoly jsou určené teoretické části. Postupně budeme rozebírat regionální politiku Evropské unie, evropskou územní spolupráci a regionální operační program NUTS II Severozápad. V praktické části diplomové práce se zaměříme na konkrétní případ již zmíněného města Kadaně, jednotlivé kroky, které museli představitelé města splnit, aby mohli začít čerpat prostředky z EU a zároveň i současné čerpání a využívání grantů v rámci rozvoje města.

Abstract:

The object of my diploma work is short explanation of the methodology of preparation and project realization, the use of the grants, the presentation of the town of Kadaň and to interpret the detected results. At first I will try to elaborate these problems theoretically and after that I will try to use the theoretical knowledge in the practical part. The next part of my diploma work is the answer sheet which I will elaborate and then send it to the villages in Kadaň´s neighborhood. I choose this topic because the town where I live is interested in the grants and because it is very interesting and actual. The first chapters are theoretic. Gradually we will construe the regional politics of European Union, European region co-operation and regional operation program NUTS II Northwest. In the practical part of my diploma work we will focus on the concrete subject which is the town Kadaň, the separate steps, which the representatives of the town should realize to start using the resources of EU. We will also focus on the currently exploitation and use of the grants within the town development.
