Abstract:

Ústavní péče je v současné době opět diskutované téma. Česká republika byla v minulosti dosti kritizována za vysoký počet dětí v ústavních zařízeních. Neustále vznikají rozpory o tom, zda je tato forma péče pro děti ideální. Ovšem jsou děti, které nemají možnost žít v normální fungující rodině, a proto by se měl stát postarat o to, jak tuto situaci co nejlíp vyřešit v souladu s legislativou. V současnosti Česká republika dělá všechny kroky proto, aby byl větší počet dětí v náhradní rodinné péči než v péči ústavní. Děti, které jsou umístěny do ústavní výchovy, jsou obvykle stresovány rodinnou situací, která k umístění do ústavní výchovy vedla, dále pak procesem při umístění a toto trauma může pokračovat i za pobytu v zařízení, protože není řečeno, že se dítě adaptuje na nové prostředí. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé příčiny, které mají dopad na psychiku dítěte a možnosti, díky kterým je možné následkům předejít nebo tyto následky alespoň zmírnit. Tato práce se bude zabývat také systémem ústavní výchovy u nás, ve Francii a na Slovensku. Budou zde popisovány jednotlivé metody pravidel ústavních zařízení, jejich podmínky pro přijetí dítěte a zánik či prodloužení této péče.

Abstract:

Institutional care is currently once again quite discussed topic. The Czech Republic has been in the past criticized for the high number of children in the institutional care. There are constant disputes about whether this form of care for children is ideal. However, there are children who do not have the opportunity to live in a normal functioning family and therefore the state should take care of this situation and solve it the best way it is possible in compliance with legislation. Currently the Czech Republic makes steps for a larger number of children in foster care than in institutional care. A child has to go through the stressful family life before he or she is actually placed into institutional care and carries psychological consequences for the future life from this process. It continues even during the life in institutional care because it is not said that the child adapts to the new environment. The thesis describes the individual causes that have an impact on the psyche of the child and how to avoid these consequences or how to reduce them. This thesis will also address the institutional care system in our country, France and the Slovak Republic. There will be described individual methods of rules of institutions, their conditions for accepting a child and termination or extension of care.
