Preparation and Dosage of Medicines by Non-Medical Health Staff

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ?Příprava a podání léků nelékařským zdravotním personálem? se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá zajímavostmi z historie podávání léčiv, stručně seznamuje se způsoby přípravy a podávání léků různých skupin. Hlavně se zabývá lékovým pochybením a možnostmi řešení této problematiky. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem, metoda výzkumu - dotazníky. Dotazníky byly určeny pro všeobecné sestry z akreditovaného a neakreditovaného pracoviště, kde bylo zkoumáno dodržování postupů při podávání léků, množství lékového pochybení a možnosti řešení této problematiky. Důraz byl kladen na aktivní a pasivní identifikaci pacientů. V závěru naleznete zhodnocení celé práce včetně zhodnocení mých předem stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Preparation and administration of medication by non-medical health staff" consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with interesting facts from the history of drug administration and briefly introduces the methods of preparation and administration of drugs of different groups. It mainly deals with drug errors and possible solutions to this problem. The research part deals with the quantitative research method, used research method - questionnaires. Questionnaires were designed for nurses from accredited and non-accredited workplace where observance of the procedures in the administration of drugs, the number of drug errors and the possible solutions to this issue were examined. Emphasis was put on active and passive identification of patients. The evaluation of my work can be found in the end including the achievement of predetermined targets and whether the objectives of my work have been achieved.
