Práce vymezuje licenční smlouvy v jejich aktuální podobě, do které dospěly přijetím rekodifikace soukromého práva v roce 2014. Práce je především zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku licenčních smluv a jejich náležitosti v aktuální podobě, účinné dle právních předpisů České republiky. This work defines licencing agreement in their actual forms. The last revision of this form was accepted in 2014 during the acceptance of recodification in the private law. This work is aimed to general characteristics of licencing agreements and their appropriateness in actual forms.
