Cílem diplomové práce je na základě věrohodné analýzy zhodnotit a navrhnout, zda je pro hotel vzhledem k rostoucímu významu kongresové turistiky výhodnější vlastnit kongresovou techniku a odborné zaměstnance, kteří ji obsluhují, anebo je vhodnější využívat služeb odborných firem a v jaké kvalitě hotel tyto služby poskytuje.
